Dr. Ramkishor Sah is a Scientist, working at Centre for Ophthalmic Sciences, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, India. His long running interest in education, teaching and spent most of time in clinical research besides clinical works. Spinning his idea into at a ground level and make it an entrepreneurship & research in the field of ophthalmology and vision care. As he is a Scientist & Vision Care Professional, also have a passion for community social work. His prime concerns to a high-quality vision research & innovation and art technology for Ocular Genomics & Proteomic Research, Ocular Genetic (GenEye) Research, Nano-Missile & Vision Research, Nano-Tech & Drug Delivery, Contact Lens and Bio-Repositories. Their next futuristic vision plan is to develop a Global Ocular Biobanking & Translational Research, National Dry Eye Centre of Excellence and Bioimaging Centre for the country.
His research interest areas are Ocular Surface Disorders (OSDs), Genetic Eye Disease (GED), Tear Proteomics & Genomics, GenEye, Artificial (Synthetic) Cornea, Tear Bio-Markers, Tear Osmolarity, Corneal Dystrophies & Etasia, Post-Refractive Surgery, Plasma Cell Myeloma, Membrane/Receptor-Independent Signaling Gas Molecule, Mass Spectrometry, Impression Cytology, Keratoconus, Myopia Control, Specialty Contact Lenses, Digital Imaging & Microscopy and other advanced diagnostic procedures for eye care facilities in the area.
