Yi Shi is currently working as an associate professor in the department of Nephrology at Fudan University, Shanghai, China. She received her PhD degree from the department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy at The University of Hong Kong, China and masters from the department of Nephrology at Shanghai Zhong Shan Hospital, Fudan University, China.

Yi Shi has authored and reviewed many articles. She is an editorial board member.
