Biography
Dr. Manuel Angel Gomez-Rios is currently working as Specialist in Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine at University Hospital of A Coruna, Spain. He pursued his Degree in Medicine and Surgery at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Santiago de Compostela. He is a Consultant Anesthesiologist of Spain, author of several publications indexed on PuBMed, member of Editorial Board and peer- reviewer of several international journals and full member of the Spanish Society of Anesthesiology, Intensive Care and Pain Therapy.
His research experience covers 10 years in tertiary care centers. His 50 peer reviewed international publications covered many areas in clinical research. He is Director of the research group "Anesthesiology and pain management" of the Institute for Biomedical Research of La Coruna (INIBIC).
