Biography
Dr. Lana Gettman is currently working as Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmacy Practice, Harding University College of Pharmacy. She received Pharm.D. Degree from the University of Southern California (USC) then completed a post-doctoral Residency in Pharmacy Practice at the University of Southern California.
Lana is board-certified pharmacist and actively involved in pharmacy practice with professional experiences include being: a clinical pharmacist at the University of Southern California University Hospital, staff pharmacist at UCLA with emphasis on critical care, and ambulatory care pharmacist at Kaiser Permanente in California with emphasis on managing patients with asthma, hypertension, etc.
She also provided a number of presentations and in-services at the local and at state level and holds honorary memberships of several professional organizations, including: the Arkansas Pharmacist Association, American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, etc.
Dr. Lana Gettman received the following honors and awards during academic and professional career, I: Nursing Degree with Honors, Dean's List at University of California - Los Angeles, Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology with Honors, Scholarship Recipient at the University of Southern California, etc.
