Biography

Dr. Tomasz Szablewski is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Quality and Safety Management at Poznan University of Life Sciences, Poland. He holds a Ph.D. in Food Technology and Human Nutrition at Poznan University of Life Sciences.

He has published more than 40 peer-reviewed scientific papers in different reputed/impacted journals. He has a major research focus on food quality and safety, particularly in the screening of food hazards (pathogenic microorganisms, mycotoxins) and testing some bioactive molecules as natural preservatives isolated from eggs and different kinds of spices.

He participates in research projects, makes publications in international journals like Bulletin of the Veterinary Institute in Pulawy, Poultry Science, European Food Research Technology, Annals of Agricultural and Environmental Medicine, Journal of Food Protection, Folia Biologica, Annals of Microbiology, World's Poultry Science Journal, LWT-Food Science and Technology, Annals of Animal Science, Italian Journal of Food Sciences, Czech Journal of Food Science and others.
