Biography

Dr.Mee Ree Kim is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Food Science and Nutrition, Chungnam National University, Daejeon, South Korea. She holds her Ph.D. degree from the Department of Food Science and Nutrition Graduate School of Seoul National University and a Masters Degree from the Department of Food Science and Nutrition Graduate School of Seoul National University.

Dr.Mee Ree Kim honored with awards like the Scientific Award of FOSS and Nutrilite Academic Award and also Award of Outstanding Research Professor - Korean Women in Science and Technology Societies. She had a registered Patent among 34 like Method for Analyzing the Activity of Lipoxygenase Using a Water-Soluble Substrate (2011.5.10.) U.S. Patent No: 7,939,290 B2. She is an author for 18 books.
