Biography
Dr. Laura Ma. Raggio is the Food engineering of the Universidad de la República. She is pursuing her Ph.D. in Chemistry in the field of children, vegetables and developing new healthy food at the same University.
She currently serves as Prof. Adj of the Food Department of the School of Nutrition of the Universidad de la República and doing researches in food area: sensory evaluation and physicochemical analysis, product development, food regulations and olive oil at the University since 2008.
She participates in research projects, makes publications in international journals like Journal of FoodResearch, M J Nutr, Grasas Aceites and others.
