Dr. Aouatef Bellamine is a scientific manager at Nutrition- Consumer Care, Lonza Inc, USA. She received her Ph.D. in life science from the University of Sorbonne in Paris, France.

Dr. Aouatef Bellamine has authored several publications in peer-reviewed journals in the fields of lipid metabolism, endocrinology, and nutrition. She is a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the American Society of Nutrition, the American Diabetes Association and the Society of Toxicology.
