Biography
Dr. Ammar Mohammed Hamood AL-Fargo is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Food & Biological Engineering at the School of Food & Biological Engineering, Jiangnan University, PR China. He holds a Ph.D. in the department of food science engineering at Jiangnan University Wuxi, China. His research focuses on development for novel foods in an attempt to discover more innovative foods of high nutraceutical values that can be used in other food production systems.
Ammar has published various papers in high impact factor international journals and his work is well cited by researchers worldwide. He has Award of “Finding Future-star of Young Researchers Scheme”, 2016. He has also been awarded various awards and honors including the Doctoral Fellowship, Wuxi, China. He published more than 53 scientific works. He is a reviewer in more than 5 international journals as well as a member of the editorial board of 27 indexed journals.
