Biography
Dr. Amin Salehi-Abargouei currently working as an Assistant professor in the department of nutrition in Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences, Iran. He completed MSc in Nutritional Sciences, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, Iran and Ph.D. in Nutritional Sciences, Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, Iran.
He conducting interventional investigations about the possible beneficial effects of different foods or diets on appetite or disease status in people with chronic diseases. He had many publications regarding the Effects of non-soy legume consumption on C-reactive protein, The Effect of Low-Calorie Diet on Adiponectin Concentration and Nutrient patterns and their relation to general and abdominal obesity. He won the provincial level of young kharazmi international award in Fars province and he is also a Member of Iranian nutrition society.
