Biography
Dr. Emmanuel ANDRES is currently working as associated professor in the University Hospital of Strasbourg, France. He received his degree in Internal Medicine at the University of Strasbourg, France in 1996 and he holds his PhD in Molecular Biology in the Laboratory of Professor Hoffmann in the field of cationic antimicrobial peptides and pathogens - host relations.
Dr. Emmanuel ANDRES received Nobel Prize of Medicine in the field of cationic antimicrobial peptides and pathogens - host relations in 2011. He was awarded the French Society of Hematology, price for research in the field of anemia related to cobalamin or folate deficiencies in 2004. He researched in different fields like all type of anaemia, neutropenia and thrombocytopenia, particularly drug-induced neutropenia and other. He published his journals in more than 300 publications included in PubMed database.
