Biography
Dr. Vishal Sharma is currently working as an Assistant Professor, Institute of Forensic Science and Criminology (IFSC) in the University of Panjab, Chandigarh. He has obtained his Ph.D. degree in Physics discipline, in the year 2007 from Department of Physics, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra (INDIA) He performed his all experiments at Inter University Accelerator Centre (IUAC), New Delhi (INDIA) related to his Ph.D. degree. He is also the recipient of DAE Young Scientist Research Award awarded by Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences (BRNS), DAE, BARC, Mumbai in the year 2011. He is leading a group material research laboratory at IFSC, Panjab University, Chandigarh.
He is reviewer of various international journals of Elsevier, Springer and Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC), ACS. During his research career, he has published more than 35 research papers in International Journals of repute. He has also presented his work in various national & International Conferences.
