Mathews Journal of Veterinary Science (MJVS; ISSN: 2572-6579) is a leading international journal that publishes original research on key aspects of veterinary research i.e., diagnosis, prevention, epidemiology, and treatment of the medical conditions of companion, farm, domestic, and wild animals, in addition to the biomedical phenomenon that underlie the health of these animals. Investigations of these crucial aspects involve studies on the following topics: anatomic pathology, clinical pathology, immunology, molecular biology, infectious diseases, bacteriology/mycology, parasitology, animal behaviour, laboratory information management, animal science, poultry science, animal nutrition, and animal breeding and genetics.
MJVS also considers papers in the field of veterinary medicine and associated fields, such as veterinary oncology, cardiology, neurology, nephrology/urology, hepatology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, hematology, pulmonology, pharmacology, theriogenology, internal medicine, and advancements in veterinary research.
MJVS especially welcomes manuscripts related to zoonoses or emerging diseases. Additionally, MJVS consider papers wherein wildlife species may act as disease/zoonotic reservoirs, and on papers dealing with policies pertaining to animal ethics and welfare.
