Mathews Journal of Immunology & Allergy (MJIA; ISSN 2575-9523) is a scholarly journal of international repute that publishes peer-reviewed research on key topics, such as the immune system, innate and adaptive immunity, antibody response, T and B lymphocytes, anaphylaxis, primary immune deficiencies, infectious disease, occupational and environmental allergy, allergic rhinitis, food allergy, angioedema, asthma, atopic dermatitis, antihistamines, and monoclonal antibody generation.

MJIA publishes high-impact clinical and translational research manuscripts aimed at immunologists, allergists, and medical professionals and researchers interested in studying clinical immunology and allergic diseases and associated mechanisms. The journal publishes clinical trials and mechanistic studies investigating novel therapies and providing insights into the underlying mechanisms, with special focus on discoveries that will enrich our understanding of immune and allergy related diseases that will ultimately improve the diagnosis and management of patients affected by these conditions.
